Our objectives were to reach new potential customers and increase traffic to the bank's website. In addition, the client wanted to increase sales of personal and business accounts. We determined that the key to success would be a thorough understanding of the profile of the ideal customer for both the B2C and B2B sectors.
Our Activities
Our work began with extensive consultation with the customer to identify specific goals and marketing strategy. In the first stage, we conducted a thorough market and customer analysis, which helped us determine which target groups we would like to reach. Results

Moreover, we were able to attract 216 new individual customers and 111 business customers who opened personal and business accounts. Traffic on the bank's website increased by beeindruckende 217%, and 13% more hits were recorded.
