Assumptions

Together with the client, we developed the key objectives of the project. The priority was to gain recognition in the B2B market and establish relationships with new customers. We understood that achieving success would require repeated contact with potential customers, introducing the brand to them and convincing them of the product's advantages.

Our Activities

Consultation with the client at an early stage of the project helped us personalize the marketing strategy. We focused on identifying the right B2B databases, ideally suited to the customer profile. Our strategy was based on repeated contact with the same potential customers through mailing campaigns. Each mailing contained not only a different creative, but more importantly, a unique message designed to etch itself into the consciousness of the recipients.

We have also implemented measures call center, which focused on actively establishing relationships with interested customers. Our team had the task of not only warming up contacts, but also providing valuable information. Customers interested in the offer were directed to the website, where they could learn more.

To further increase brand awareness, we decided to place ads display on relevant industry sites, thus reaching potential customers where they actively search industry information.

Results

In three intensive months of activities, our client has recorded excellent results. We acquired 7 new corporate clients, an achievement of significant dimension, especially in the B2B market. The mailing campaigns achieved great metrics, with an amazing CTR of 11,29%, confirming the effectiveness of the activities. In addition, traffic to the client's website increased by an astounding 78%, confirming increased brand awareness. In the end, the client is absolutely satisfied with the results of the campaign and continues a fruitful cooperation with our agency.
